AI Envelope
Last updated: June 2026
AI Envelope is a free weekly AI newsletter. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We've kept it short and plain because that's what you deserve.
When you subscribe to AI Envelope, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We do not collect payment information, location data, or any other personal details.
Your email is used solely to send you the weekly AI Envelope digest — one email every Tuesday. We use Resend to deliver emails. We do not use your email for advertising, analytics profiling, or any purpose beyond the newsletter itself.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Ever.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it permanently removes you from our list. You can also email us directly at the address below and we'll remove you within 24 hours.
The aienvelope.in website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — pages visited, session length, and device type. This data is anonymised and not linked to individual identities. No third-party advertising cookies are placed.
AI Envelope has a LinkedIn Developer App registered for the purpose of sharing newsletter content to our LinkedIn page. We do not collect or store any LinkedIn user data through this integration. If you interact with our LinkedIn content, LinkedIn's own privacy policy applies.
We keep your email on file for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is deleted from our active mailing list within 7 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below and we'll respond within 48 hours.

This policy may be updated occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the newsletter after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
